Bring a hands-on creative experience to your event with The Broken Crayon Pop-Up Art Station. Perfect for birthday parties, bachelorette parties, school events, festivals, corporate family days, and community celebrations, our art station allows guests to create at their own pace while we handle setup, instruction, and cleanup. ** Coloring walls are not included and are and additional fee based on the size of the wall.

Turn any event into an interactive art experience with a custom Broken Crayon Branded Coloring Wall. Designed with original illustrations and tailored to your event or organization, our large-scale coloring walls invite guests of all ages to create together, connect, and leave their mark.

Each coloring wall is printed on standard 13 oz vinyl, offering the perfect blend of durability and affordability. The matte finish minimizes photo glare, while the tear-resistant material makes it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Built to stand the test of time, our coloring walls are easy to move, store, and reuse, making them a lasting investment for recurring events and activations.

These activities are playful, engaging, and perfect for younger artists or high-energy groups.

Classic Party Activities

Parties are available Saturdays and Sundays at the location of your choice, with multiple start times beginning at 11:00 AM. Studio parties are hosted on the second Saturday of every month, with time slots from 11:00 AM–1:00 PM or 2:00–4:00 PM.

Each party lasts 1.5 hours, with the final 30–45 minutes reserved for enjoying a sweet treat. To allow for more creative time, we typically skip present-opening during the art portion of the event unless otherwise requested by the parent.

Art Parties are best suited for ages 4 and up.

Availability & Scheduling Disclaimer

Party availability is subject to date availability, staffing, and travel distance. All bookings must be confirmed in advance and are not guaranteed until a deposit is received. Start times, project options, and party length may vary based on guest count, age range, and event type.

As the party host, all you need to provide is the location and any food, drinks, or sweet treats you’d like to serve. We recommend having access to water for rinsing brushes and enough open space for creative movement and table setup.

That’s it! We’ll take care of everything else, including materials, setup, instruction, and cleanup, so you can relax and enjoy the celebration.

What The Host Provides

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due one week prior to your event. A final guest count must also be submitted at that time to ensure proper staffing and materials.

Deposits are non-refundable; however, if we are able to book another party in your original time slot, your deposit may be transferred or refunded at our discretion.

    Let us create a custom unique craft that will go perfectly with the theme of your event.

  2. Custom Tote, Hat, or T-Shirt Design
    Fabric painting, patch bar, or heat-transfer designs guests can wear home.

  3. Ceramic Flower Pot, Tea Pot, or Figure Painting
    Paint and personalize ceramic pieces to take home and treasure.

  4. Neon Glow Art or Blacklight Painting Party
    Neon paints and immersive lighting for an unforgettable experience.

Signature Party Activities

Rescheduling

Rescheduling: One-time rescheduling is permitted with a minimum of 7 days’ notice, subject to availability. The deposit may be transferred to the new date. Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the event may be treated as a cancellation.
